A little big revolution that introduced a new technology to our Company.
We are talking about the construction of KIA, Kuwait Authority Investment Headquarters, by KEO architects.
The request for this project was the façade cladding of the skyscraper.
The challenge? None of the marble items was right-angled: no squares, no rectangles, our production line had to be rethought from scratch.
Thus, we realized a work centre prototype cad-cam assisted, capable of cutting in line pieces so unique.
The final result, on top of having fulfilled our client’s request, allowed us to implement in our production line special cuts for large projects, in additional to the standard ones.
