TECHNICAL PROJECT ORGANIZATION

PROJECT DIRECTOR
Overall responsibility for tender, contract materials, production flow and job completion.
 
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Responsible for liaison with Client and the Professional Team, and day to day project activities.
 
QUALITY CONTROL
Responsible for establishing and monitoring quality criteria for the project and implementing the quality plan. Responsible for preparation of quality checklist. Reports to the Project Director.
 
DESIGN MANAGER
Responsible for preparation of design drawings and shop tickets for production as well as all necessary calculations and technical information flow between Savema Professional Team.
 
QUARRY BLOCKS
Responsible for procurement of Granite / Marble Blocks in accordance with the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the project.
 
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsible for all manufacturing activities i.e. slabbing, polishing, flaming, cutting, labors as well as final packing and shipment.
 
PROJECT Q.S.
Responsible for quantity measurements, variations and final account preparation.
